Educational Symposium: Who’s Telling the Story? Learning Tribal Histories from Multiple Perspectives

The Ivey Center for the Cultural Approach, College of Education & Health Professions, will host the symposium, “Who’s Telling the Story? Learning Tribal Histories from Multiple Perspectives,” on November 15 from 7-8:30 pm. Tribal representatives from Oklahoma, Texas, Alabama, and Georgia will provide insights into how and why their histories should be taught. Dr. John Ellisor, CSU Department of History & Geography, and Ms. Danielle Cook, CSU Department of Earth & Space Sciences, will add historical and archaeological insights, respectively.
