Educational Symposium: Who’s Telling the Story? Learning Tribal Histories from Multiple Perspectives

The Ivey Center for the Cultural Approach and Columbus State University College of Education & Health Professions will host the symposium, “Who’s Telling the Story? Learning Tribal Histories from Multiple Perspectives,” on Nov. 15 from 7 – 8:30 pmTribal representatives from Oklahoma, Texas, Alabama and Georgia will provide insights into how and why their histories should be taught. Dr. John Ellisor, CSU Department of History & Geography, and Danielle Cook, CSU Department of Earth & Space Sciences, will add historical and archaeological insights, respectively.
