“What the Butler Saw”
June 22 @ 7:30 pm$12 - $17
Somewhere between Oscar Wilde and Benny Hill, Joe Orton’s Obie Award winning play is frequently hailed as a farcical masterpiece. Dr. Prentice is married to a nymphomaniac. While inappropriately interviewing an attractive new secretary, Dr. Prentice hides her in the office to prevent his wife’s discovery. Meanwhile, Mrs. Prentice is being seduced and blackmailed by a lusty bellhop who wants the same secretarial post. Add in a surprise government inspection, cross-dressing, slamming doors and moments of utter insanity, and the laughs never stop in this relentlessly funny comedy.
Tickets: $17; $15 seniors and active military; $12 children (12 and under)
